Every project on this list was measured by Drew Guthrie, installed by our W-2 crew, permitted in jurisdiction, and closed out with the 2-year workmanship warranty in writing.

Portfolio philosophy

Every job on this list was run in-house — measured by Drew Guthrie personally, installed by our W-2 crew, permitted through the city or county of jurisdiction, and closed out with the 2-year workmanship warranty in writing, plus the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty on the glass. No subcontracted installs, no project handoffs halfway through, and no boilerplate pricing. Each city has its own Title 24 path, HOA quirk, and climate load, and we spec the product and process accordingly.

The jobs below are a recent slice. Window retrofits in master-planned Temecula tracts, multi-slide pockets on Carlsbad coastal homes, WUI-compliant installs in Fallbrook canyons, and sundeck rebuilds in Hidden Meadows — they all pass through the same four-person crew and the same written-quote contract.
